What is a free course for mentoring young North Korean defectors to foster global leaders ?
The articles of association - as part of mentoring and assisting the training of global leaders of young students, one of the purpose of establishment for young North Korean defectors or young people who are preparing to get a job after graduation, they will provide guidance and mentoring to develop their qualifications and capabilities as global leaders
And it is a free course to train future global leaders who can play the role of stepping-stones across the South and the North in the upcoming unified future homeland.

- In the era of 30,000 North Korean defectors, their independence from South Korean society means the successful settlement of
North Korean defectors who entered the South and becomes a touchstone of the unification era
- A dimension of assistance to overcome common difficulties in the process of preparing for employment, difficulties in post-
employment human relations due to social prejudice, and difficulties in post-employment work.
- The need to foster global leaders encompassing the South and the North as an important national resource for the coming
future of unification.
- Cultural shock, social maladjustment due to dysentery, academic sense of defeat due to anxiety in English, and self-
confidence, etc.

- Special lectures on employment and individual mentoring invited by CEOs of foreign companies and executives in charge of
human resources at foreign and domestic global companies.
- Free employment guidance for successful social advancement and adaptation.
- Support for Competency Development as a Global Leader
- Recommendation of human resources as new employees in foreign and domestic global enterprises, etc.
Participate as a mentor
- CEO or personnel manager who is currently working for a foreign company or a domestic global company
(Employees in various positions of the enterprise are also available.)
